All products are handcrafted and blessed through sacred rituals by masters or monks and are shipped directly from Thailand or our warehouse in other parts of the world.

Processing Time

• Due to the handmade nature of our products and the ritual blessing process, processing times may vary.
• Orders are typically processed within 7–21 business days, depending on availability and ceremonial schedules.
• During peak spiritual periods or special rituals, processing may take longer.

Limited Supply & Out-of-Stock Items

• All products are produced in limited quantities.
• If an item becomes out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you via email with:
• The estimated timeline for the next available batch, or
• The option to wait for restock, exchange, or cancel the order (if applicable).

Shipping Time

• International shipping times vary by destination and customs clearance.
• Estimated delivery time: 10–30 business days after dispatch.
• Delays caused by customs, postal services, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
