Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the handmade nature of the products and the ritual blessing process, all sales are final.

No Returns Policy

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for:
    • Change of mind
    • Personal preferences or expectations
    • Perceived spiritual or ritual outcomes
    • Natural variations in appearance resulting from the handmade process

Damaged or Broken Items

We will only accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives broken or physically damaged
  • The customer must:
    1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item
    2. Provide clear photo and/or video proof of the damage
    3. Retain all original packaging for verification

Exchange Process

  • Once damage is verified, we will arrange an exchange of the same item, subject to availability.
  • If the same item is unavailable, we will offer:
    • A replacement from the next available batch, or
    • A suitable alternative of equal value

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including:
    • Shipping fees
    • Customs or import charges (if applicable)
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
