Welcome to Dharma Bridge (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), trading under AURAHEAL LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.dharmabridge.club, and all related digital platforms, services, content, events, retreats, rituals, teachings, and products offered through Dharma Bridge.

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.


 

1. Nature of the Platform

Dharma Bridge is an online and offline platform that connects users with Buddhist teachings, spiritual education, rituals, ceremonies, events, retreats, sacred items, and related digital content provided by independent monks, masters, teachers, or facilitators(“Teachers”).

Dharma Bridge acts solely as a facilitator, organiser, and distributor of spiritual content, experiences, and products. We do not provide religious, spiritual, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.


 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the Platform. By using Dharma Bridge, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.


 

3. No Medical, Psychological, or Professional Advice

All content, teachings, rituals, ceremonies, blessings, consultations, and materials provided through the Platform are offered for spiritual, cultural, educational, and personal enrichment purposes only.

• Dharma Bridge does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice.
• Nothing on the Platform should be considered a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial consultation.
• You should seek appropriate professional advice for any health, mental, legal, or financial concerns.

Your participation is entirely voluntary and at your own discretion.


 

4. Independent Teachers & Limitation of Responsibility

All monks, masters, teachers, and facilitators featured on Dharma Bridge are independent third parties and are not employees, agents, or representatives of AURAHEAL LIMITED.

• Any teachings, rituals, advice, interpretations, or views expressed are solely those of the respective Teacher.
• Dharma Bridge does not guarantee the accuracy, effectiveness, outcomes, or results of any teaching, ritual, ceremony, consultation, or service.
• AURAHEAL LIMITED shall not be responsible or liable for any advice, guidance, or actions taken by Teachers or participants.

 

5. Products & Sacred Items

Some products offered on the Platform may be handmade, blessed, consecrated, or ritually prepared by monks or masters.

• Due to their handmade and spiritual nature, variations in appearance, materials, size, or finishing may occur.
• Sacred items are provided as spiritual or cultural objects only and do not carry guaranteed outcomes or results.

 

6. Orders, Payments & Refunds

All purchases made through Dharma Bridge are subject to availability.

• All sales are final, unless otherwise stated.
• Refunds or replacements are only considered for items damaged upon delivery, subject to reasonable proof provided within the specified timeframe.
• Digital products, teachings, rituals, ceremonies, events, retreats, bookings, and services are non-refundable once confirmed.

 

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, misleading, abusive, or harmful purpose
• Misrepresent your identity or intentions
• Disrespect Buddhist traditions, Teachers, or other users
• Copy, distribute, or exploit Platform content without authorisation

Dharma Bridge reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violations of these Terms.


 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Dharma Bridge, including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio recordings, logos, branding, and digital materials, is the intellectual property of AURAHEAL LIMITED or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.


 

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform, services, content, and products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

AURAHEAL LIMITED makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• Accuracy or completeness of content
• Spiritual, emotional, karmic, or personal outcomes
• Continuous or uninterrupted availability of the Platform

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AURAHEAL LIMITED shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Use of or reliance on the Platform
• Participation in rituals, teachings, events, or retreats
• Use of spiritual or sacred products
• Actions, advice, or interpretations provided by independent Teachers

Use of Dharma Bridge is entirely at your own risk.


 

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AURAHEAL LIMITED, its directors, officers, partners, affiliates, and contractors from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.


 

12. Modifications to Terms

Dharma Bridge reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


 

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law principles.
